License

When you purchase Promptr, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of machines specified by your seat count. The license is for your personal or internal business use.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software or license keys
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Share license keys beyond your authorized seat count

Free Trial

Promptr includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card is required. After the trial expires, a license key is required to continue using the full feature set. The teleprompter continues to work with existing mappings.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Promptr for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Request a refund at promptr.io/faq or email contact@mc375.com.

Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. MC375 Ventures, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

Updates

Your license includes all updates to the current major version. We may release updates at our discretion. There is no obligation to provide updates or new features.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and destroy all copies. Your local content files remain yours.
